SIM Oil Limited (formerly Tullow Pakistan Developments Ltd) is a company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands in 1991 with a strategy to invest in and undertake onshore oil and gas exploration and operations in Pakistan.

From 1991 to 2019, Company has invested more than US$ 200 million in exploration, and production in 14 Exploration Blocks and 4 Production Leases in Pakistan. Drilled 19 exploration, appraisal and developments wells and acquired more than 4000 Kms of 2D and 3 D Seismic data, processing and interpretations.
Developed Sara, Suri and Chachar D&PLs by putting up complete production facilities including 2 gas dehydration plants of 25 MMSCFD, 46 Kms long pipeline each at Sara and Suri and 30MMSCFD Amine and Gas Dehydration unit and 3 kms of pipeline at Chachar Gas Field and produced gas therein.
In December 2019, due to change in management and control company name has been changed from Tullow Pakistan Developments Ltd to SIM Oil Limited. Company is looking for new exploration opportunities in and outside Pakistan.
